O Lord. Hear my plea. I am but a loathsome Sinner, unworthy of Your mercy. And to be quite honest, I’m not even certain I want it. But hear me now. America is sacrificing the great Nation that You gave her, full of Freedom, Opportunity, and Justice — at least as much can be found in this corrupted old World — for a military Dictatorship managed by a carnival sideshow barker. I have begged with them for months to change course. I have pleaded to their reason, their restraint, their sense of preservation. It has all fallen upon deaf ears. Hear me now, O Lord. I call forth Doom upon this entire Nation. May military Dictatorship strike so hard and fast it cannot be delayed, much less arrested. May tyranny and oppression extend quickly to every class, every creed, every race, every gender. May Your wrath be merciless, cruel and swift. And most importantly, may the duplicit, self-serving, lazy motivations of those who SOUGHT this outcome — for it is what they have sought, from the Beginning — may their disgrace be laid bear for all who now dwell here. May their grandparents know it, their fathers, spouses, siblings, cousins, children, and descendants … all down throughout the generations … to the establishment of the next Age. May their ruin and humiliation be all encompassing and complete. Destroy everything they value and hold dear — their loved ones, their endeavors, their property, their lives — due to their inattention. And if it please You, O Lord, reveal to them this Doom which they have brought upon themselves. O Holy Spirit … you are my witness … this Doom I proclaim upon the United States.
